The rise of the Phoenix

When I finally had time to read through all the wonderful Facebook postings, listen to voicemails, read cards, open gifts, I was humbled by the love of so many people from so many places and times in my life. The thought that first came was how lucky I was to have so many who love me and then I remembered what is even greater is how much I love all of you.

How can I show how dearly I hold each of you, I wonder. The answer which keeps coming through is for me to be happy, successful, abundant in all aspects of my life and to share all of these things with all of you.

So what did I do on my birthday after a wonderfully painful 90 minute massage? I met Anthony from Anarchy and Ink Tattoo and made an appointment for my third piece of body art. For any who don't know me and should read this, I currently have a Chinese symbol which means "well being and happiness" on my right shoulder and a fleur de lis on my left ankle. On Wednesday my right forearm will be marked to remind me of all I have overcome.
